How does buy 1, get 1 free work?
Buy any vial and get the same vial free: one free for each one you buy, up to 3 free per product (buy 3, get 3). Free vials are added in your cart automatically. Kits, diluent and bacteriostatic water don’t count, and partner codes can’t be combined with free vials.
Do I need a code for 20% off?
No. The 20% is already taken off every vial price you see, and your free vials are added in the cart. Kits aren’t part of buy 1, get 1: they’re already priced 44%+ under ten single vials during the sale (normally 40%).

Monday, November 30 at 11:59 PM Eastern. The countdown counts to that moment.
When will my order ship?
Order by 3 PM ET, Monday to Saturday, and in-stock items ship the same day from the US by USPS, with tracking. Orders over $75 ship free with 2-day delivery. The $9 rate takes 2–5 days.
How can I pay?

Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Email support@nyxolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we replace or refund it.
What is a lot report?
An independent lab’s certificate for the exact lot printed on your vial: purity by HPLC and, where tested, net content, with the lab’s lookup code so you can check it with the lab. All of them are on the Lot reports page.
