Out-of-stock items
We only sell what is on our shelf. If a size is out of stock, tap “Notify me” on its page and we email you the moment it is back. Pre-orders placed before October 24, 2026 still ship once their lot passes third-party testing, and can be canceled any time before they ship.
Packaging
Plain padded mailer, nothing on the outside but the addresses. Vials ship as freeze-dried powder, which is stable at room temperature in transit. Store at −20°C on arrival.
Tracking and lost parcels
You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take a day to update after the label prints. If a parcel stops moving, contact us and we open a carrier trace. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
